Returns
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items like pacifiers, bottles, or other similar products.
How to Initiate a Return:

Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges:

Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
How to Initiate an Exchange:

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the original item. However, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchange item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
